Role Overview
The Credit Specialist (CS) will have responsibilities in the following areas: Administrative and Relationship Management. The CS is responsible for assisting the Loan Originator with loan-level activities, such as but not limited gathering initial documents from borrowers and communicating status updates on primary TBD files. The CS will be required to use discretion and be capable of making decisions. The CS will function as a liaison between LO’s, MSF LOA’s, third party vendors, and borrowers.

Essential Duties
- Administrative and clerical support for the office
- Organizes meetings and communicates daily with employees and customers through Outlook
- Answers multi-line phones
- Submits a daily report for pipeline status to be sent to managers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Prior mortgage experience preferred
