- Assisting with daily routines, learning activities, meals, diapering/potty breaks, and clean-up
- Creating a warm, safe, and playful environment no matter where you’re needed
- Building positive relationships with children and helping them feel supported and seen
- Collaborating with a supportive, welcoming team of early childhood educators
- Being flexible, adaptable, and always ready to jump in where help is needed most

- A passion for early childhood development—and the ability to have fun doing it!
Bonus Points If You:
- Have a “bag of tricks” for transitions, meltdowns, and spontaneous dance parties
- Can pivot from peekaboo to puzzles like a pro
- Love the idea of being the classroom hero wherever you go!
