We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform electrical repairs and installations, including troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Execute mechanical repairs, including the maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical components.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or enhancements using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Oversee residential painting projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Utilize an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Supervise maintenance staff when necessary, providing guidance and support in daily tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and inventory of supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems is essential.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in supervising teams or projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with management.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
