We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to join our dedicated team! In this position, you will manage the delivery of healthcare services, oversee nursing staff, and provide essential training as required.

Your Responsibilities Include :
Supervising nursing staff, including scheduling hours, assigning duties, and evaluating performance.Coordinating physician and medical services for patients by managing appointment scheduling and follow-up care.Facilitating training and orientation for new staff members on healthcare procedures and delegation of nursing tasks.Maintaining and reviewing individual medical records to ensure thorough documentation and reporting.Providing treatment and special care as per physician orders, managing medication orders and administration coordination.Timely and accurate completion of reports including electronic medical records and incident reports.Delivering training for new employees on medical procedures and health services.Being available for on-call duties as required.Schedule : Days, Salaried, every other weekend on-call, with hours varying based on the needs of individuals served and departmental requirements. Location : Grand Island.

Essential Qualifications :
