- Maintaining and reviewing individual medical records, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting on pertinent issues.
- Administering treatments and special care as directed by physician orders and managing necessary medications and supplies.
- Completing accurate and timely reports, including computerized medical records, incident reports, and medication error reports.
- Providing comprehensive training and orientation for new staff on medical procedures and health services.
- Being available on call as necessary.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Active RN license; BSN as required by state regulations.
- Five years of general nursing experience preferred.
