QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field along with 3 years of HR Generalist | Business Partner experience. Plant operational experience is also highly desirable. Candidates with an associate’s degree with 5 years of related experience may be considered.
- Manufacturing HR experience required.
- Experience with engaging employees at all levels in a facility through the execution of
- production floor walks.
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Labor Laws.
- Human Resources certification (PHR, SPHR).
- Project management experience in HR.
This role will sit ONSITE out of the Harrisburg, PA office.
