Inside Sales Representative Position Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, energetic, and outgoing individual who wants to break into sales but doesn’t know where to start. In this role, you’ll connect with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers to introduce them to our company. You’ll spend most of your day on the phone, building relationships, identifying needs, and helping customers find the best solution for their roofs.
No sales experience? No problem. If you bring the hunger to learn, enthusiasm, and a great attitude, we’ll provide the training and mentorship to turn you into a sales pro.
About our Inside Sales Representative Position:
- Engage new and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify opportunities for our services.
- Build relationships with potential clients and guide them through the sales process.
- Educate customers on roofing solutions, warranties, and service options.
- Work closely with the Estimating and Sales teams to ensure accurate quotes and proposals.
- Follow up on estimates and proposals to drive sales conversions.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain customer records.
- Receive hands-on mentorship, real-world training, and professional development.

- $40,000 - $70,000 (Base Bonus)
