Moslow Wood Products a mid-size wood manufacturing plant in Powhatan, VA is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Assistant to join our team! If you're organized, a great communicator, and enjoy helping customers, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Type and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide quotes and pricing information based on customer inquiries
- Follow up on order statuses and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer information is up to date
- Support general office duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong typing and computer skills (familiarity with order entry systems a plus)
- Great attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration is preferred
