What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator of Student Programs position at Mother Teresa Catholic Elementary School?
Full Time Position
Bachelor's Degree in related fields preferred. Experience in education or related fields is also preferred. Must have a valid teaching license or the ability to obtain a teaching license/substitute license in the state of Ohio. This position has potential evening and weekend responsibilities. Hours 7:30 am-3:30 pm daily.
Description
Coordinating and overseeing Student Programs at MTCES, including Athletics.
Scheduling, promotions and special events planning related to all current and future Student Programs at MTCES.
Coordinate standardized testing and assist with student programs including iReady, Ohio StateTests, EdChoice and Jon Peterson as needed.
Manage spiritwear program and offerings for MTCES families, including point of contact for vendors.
Serve as liaison between volunteers associated with all the student program offerings and school for communication, planning, and participation.
Serve as Student Council Moderator and oversee club and student leadership.
Assist with Student Programs and Offerings including Catholic Schools Week, Spirit Weeks, School Walk and Field Day.
Serve as leader of Athletics, conduct monthly meetings, work with sport coordinators to organize and lead athletics.
Related supervision duties associated with school day and additional duties to be assigned.
