Air Automation Engineering is currently seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Minnesota. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing effective sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Organize Joint Sales Calls: Help facilitate joint sale calls during supplier visits.
- Set Sales Targets: Establishing realistic and achievable sales goals for the team.
- Build Supplier Relationships: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with key suppliers.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Seeking out new potential clients and sales opportunities.
- Oversee Sales Proposals: Managing the preparation and negotiation of sales proposals.
- Manage Sales Team: Leading, training, and mentoring sales team members to ensure they meet their targets.
- Analyze Sales Data: Compiling and analyzing sales figures and market trends to forecast future sales.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Working closely with marketing, production, and other departments to ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Financial Analysis: Performing a financial analysis of products and forecasting sales requirements.
- Reporting: Preparing regular sales reports and presentations for management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous sales management experience
- Ability to build business relationships.
- High level of motivation and enthusiasm.
