Required Skills & Experience
- Technical / associate degree in business administration.
- Previous experience in Financial Services / Banking / Onboarding / Staffing industry and Vendor Management systems.
- 2 years of experience working in an administrative or business office environment using in-house computer systems.
- 1 year of relationship management experience, including internal and external client / stakeholder engagement to demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and instant messaging tools) to present data or create reports.
- Risk and control knowledge.
- Experience in Relationship management - including internal and external clients / stakeholders to demonstrate ability to provide excellent customer service.
