Our client, a leader in financial services is hiring a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join their team in Evansville, IN!
**This is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits**
As the Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will be researching, resolving, and responding to customer disputes related to credit bureau reporting, responding to other customer information requests from internal departments (legal and regulatory), and for entering information into the Credit Bureau Dispute database.
Responsibilities:
- Research, resolve, and respond to all credit reporting disputes received by the Company
- Enter data into the dispute database
- Research and respond to complex customer disputes
- Identify trends in disputes and bring to the attention of the management team and assist in resolution
Desired Skills:
- High School diploma / GED or higher
- Prior experience in Dispute Resolution, Credit Reporting, Credit Bureau
- Strong customer service experience
