Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a 3-month contract in Wauwatosa, WI 53226.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Contract Duration: 3 months
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 year of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record required (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
- Excellent customer service skills
- A Certification is a plus
What You Will Be Doing
- Images, wipes, configures, orders, and ships out laptop computers, iPads, and mobile phones (iOS and Android).
- Computer hardware, software and mobile phone troubleshooting.
- May occasionally assist team with working ticket queue.
- Orders and replaces computer parts as needed. Follows and/or documents troubleshooting processes.
- Maintains, upgrades, replaces, identifies, and analyzes defective hardware or software.
- Represents our client in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates.
