Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a 3-month contract in Holmdel, NJ 07733.

Required Skills & Experience
- 12 -24 months of Enterprise Desktop Support experience.
- Great Customer Service, Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365) experience.
- CompTIA A is a plus.
What You Will Be Doing
- Creating and resolving Desktop issues for employees working Onsite and Remote.
- Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items.
- Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.
- Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference).
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool.
