- Bachelors degree IT, AV Technology, Computer science or equivalent experience
- 2 years experience (5 preferred) in IT support, audio-visual technology, or a related field, with a focus on technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with AV equipment, IT systems, and troubleshooting in corporate environments.
- Experience in supporting or managing technical projects, including installations and upgrades.
- Proven track record in providing high-level technical support to executives or VIP clients.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, IT infrastructure, and related software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- High level of accuracy in setup, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong customer service orientation, particularly when working with executives or VIPs.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing technology environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing

- Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support for executives, ensuring all IT and AV systems function seamlessly during meetings and events.
- Equipment Setup: Set up, test, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of AV and IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- User Training: Train executives and staff on the proper use of AV equipment and software.
- Problem Solving: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during events or meetings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with event planners and IT teams to coordinate technology needs for corporate events.
- Documentation: Maintain records of equipment, software licenses, and support requests to ensure compliance and efficient operation.
- Project Management: Assist with overseeing projects related to AV installations or upgrades, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to technical emergencies during high-stakes events.
- Other duties as assigned
