Will lead the efforts in documenting new process, creating step by step guides, and updating existing processes to meet new industry language standards. This individual will be part of a newly formed team of 5.
Change Management skills are essential as the banking industry is in a change period to evolve from old process and procedures to new as they relate to payments.
This resource will be responsible for assessment of the existing business processes to understand required changes and potential constraints within the current operating model to accommodate upcoming payment changes. They will update target operating model impacts to ensure teams are ready for the changes. Will review impacts to clients to understand what is needed to prepare them for the upcoming requirements.
