Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Ability to strategically create effective readiness implementation plans to execute within multiple business groups to deliver change.
- Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities and lead discussions that results in consensus and commitment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
