Job Title: Product Owner (Adobe)
Job Location: Arlington or Irving TX (2 days hybrid)
Job Type: 06 Months Contract to Hire
Overview: This Product Owner will be responsible for standing up Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) from scratch, which will be the primary platform for customer communications, including email, SMS, and push notifications. This includes building out features in the Azure environment, and writing PBIs and tasks (though task assignment is not part of the role). This team heavily focuses on regulatory compliance and customer account management, all related to customer account management. The long-term goal is to help the company communicate with customers effectively, considering individual preferences and needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of Product Owner experience.
- 1-2 years of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or Adobe Campaign Experience.
- Requires Agile Certification (PSPO or CSP-PO or POPM/APM).
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for standing up Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), from scratch, which will be used for customer account management and regulatory compliance.
- Gathering Requirements: A significant part of the role will involve gathering requirements, which will be extensive.
- Collaboration: The Product Owner will work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any roadblocks, as well as coordinate with developers to ensure project progress.
Salary : $55 - $65
