A top-performing labor brokerage company specializing in installation services for retailers and manufacturers is expanding its team. Committed to delivering high-quality solutions, the company focuses on enhancing products such as doors, windows, siding, and kitchen appliances through expert installation services.
They are looking for a Support Technician to manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets and troubleshoot service incidents using the appropriate ticketing systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows, Mac, Active Directory, computer hardware, and Microsoft applications.
This is a contract-to-hire position based in Grand Prairie, TX, requiring onsite work 4β5 days per week. The hourly pay ranges from $15 to $20.
Required Skills & Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in customer service within a call center setting.
- Prior help desk or technical support experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with Office 365 applications.
- Ability to install and troubleshoot various software programs.
- Experience configuring and maintaining internet browsers.
- Familiarity with supporting mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products.
