Training Coordinator (Hybrid) – 6-12 Month W2 Contract – Phoenix, AZ
Our Client, a well known Environmental Enterprise, is looking for a Training Coordinator to join their team! Join a dynamic Training and Learning Management team, supporting course coordination, logistics, and reporting. This role involves maintaining training databases, analyzing monthly activity, and ensuring LMS content aligns with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule courses, manage class registrations, and support LMS customer service.
- Track and analyze training data, compiling reports for development planning.
- Coordinate training logistics, including materials, facilities, and equipment.
- Assist with eLearning implementation and department marketing initiatives.
- Respond to enrollment and training inquiries, including contractor onboarding.
- Support process improvements and talent management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree 3 years in curriculum/employee development OR HS diploma 3 years in curriculum development 6 years in mining/manufacturing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SuccessFactors, and LMS platforms.
- Experience with adult learning theory, training content development, and multimedia creation preferred.
- Mining industry experience is a plus.
