As Human Resources Representative, you'll:
- Greet employees professionally and warmly both in-person and by phone.
- Respond to employee questions and concerns and, as appropriate, direct inquires to the appropriate HR professional or resource.
- Assist in administering workers’ compensation and risk management activities.
- Help maintain accurate records of workers’ compensation claims, data, and activities.
- Assist with onboarding and processing new hires, rehires, transfers, and promotions.
- Provide HR team support, including coordinating meetings, ordering office supplies, handling invoices, and processing payments.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all matters.
- Possess a strong understanding of company policies, guidelines, and HR processes.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

- At least three years of Human Resources experience, or alternative experience deemed appropriate.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple critical, time-sensitive projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and an ability to work well with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented with great attention to accuracy.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and maintain confidentiality.
