Responsibilities of the Job: Inside Sales Specialist
Responsible for being fully involved in sales, lead generation and customer experience activities. Including, but not limited to...
- Making phone calls, sending text messages and e-mails, in order to qualify potential customers and schedule legitimate appointments, while answering questions and educating potential customers about their options.
- Preparing and handling all forms of communication and paperwork prior to a customer visit, as well as in-person to provide solutions and complete the sale.
- Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
- Partnering with Managers to delegate tasks and responsibilities, meeting customer and company needs.
- Understanding and executing all administrative responsibilities including but not limited to deal documentation, underwriting, cash handling, inventory management, and meeting company provided expectations.
- Opening/closing the dealership.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Required; to make 50-80 outbound sales calls DAILY
- Social Media Marketing experience is a huge plus - the ability to generate your own leads
- Professional and persuasive communication skills; must have the ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests.
- Required; at times to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and Saturdays.
- Understanding the characteristics, features, and capabilities of all vehicles, and providing customers with detailed information.
- Executing with the highest attention to detail when assisting with the sale processes.
- Must be able to retain training instruction, implement feedback received, and adapt to any and all changes in processes.
- Must practice strict discretion when dealing with sensitive information and account information.
- Must be comfortable operating and parking vehicles on and off the lot.
- Must be able to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Must assure the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction.
- Must be comfortable working with computer software.
Requirements
- Speaks fluently English.
- 2 years of related work experience in sales (It will be verified)
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay: $35K - $85K (Salary Commission pay)
