Position: Loan Partner
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Mortgage Loan Officers to assist with loan applications and client communication.
- Gather and review initial loan documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare loan files for submission to underwriting, following established guidelines and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, gathering any missing information or additional documentation as needed.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers, such as appraisers and title companies, to facilitate the loan process.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on the status of their loan and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure all loan files are accurately documented and organized for timely loan closings.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loan Partner, Loan Processor, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processes, industry regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to review and analyze complex financial documents.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional support to clients.
- Proficient in using loan origination software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
