Motto Pictures is a full-time administrative and creative assistant role, suited for a highly organized individual interested in independent documentary film by working with an award-winning documentary production company. The assistant will work primarily with the Emmy Award-winning and Oscar-nominated founders/producers of the company, while also offering general assistance to the small and tight-knit team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings with filmmakers/industry colleagues, arranging travel, working on pitch decks, reviewing project submissions, research and writing, website design and management, taking notes on calls, social media management, office management, company e-blasts, film coverage, and assisting with daily production tasks including invoicing, cost reports, equipment rentals, and festival logistics. Some travel and screening/festival attendance may be required.
