Retail Sales Representative Requirements:
- Identify appropriate prospects within Big Box Retail locations and guide them through the sales process
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to explain features and benefits related to customer needs
- Achieve sales goals by following a defined sales process in accordance with our brand partner’s policies
- Ability to offer knowledgeable service recommendations that address customer need
- Apply constructive feedback given by Management on how to improve sales and customer service skills
Qualifications and Related Experience:
- Displays above-average communication skills
- Possess a student mentality and eagerness to learn
- Comfortability working individually and in a collaborative environment
- Background in sales, customer service, retail, client services or related industrie
- Motivated by hitting sales targets, deadlines, and achieving goals
- Hands-on coaching and individualized training
