We're looking for a Network Operations Specialist to join our IT Operations team as part of the IT Global Enterprise Management Services (IT GEMS) program. In this role, youll play a key part in maintaining and securing a high-performing IT infrastructure that supports critical operations.

As a member of this team, we're looking for you to contribute to :
Network Management :
- Monitor, administer, securely install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Work with tools and systems such as Palo Alto Firewalls, SolarWinds, F5, AnyConnect, ClearPass, DNS appliances, and wireless infrastructure.
- Ensure network performance and security by implementing effective measures, troubleshooting issues, and replacing hardware as needed.
- Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups.
- Operate master consoles to monitor network and system performance.
- Provide full lifecycle support for enterprise network assets.
