- Cultivating strong relationships through family visits, team meetings, and community engagement, all rooted in our trauma-informed approach.
- Contributing actively to both group and individual programming, nurturing growth across academic, career, and personal / social domains.
- Upholding the values of The Building Bridges and Families First Initiatives by championing permanency within the student's own community, offering unwavering support and coordination.
- Playing a pivotal role in Individualized Transition Plan (ITP) meetings, as well as providing vital support during case plans and court hearings.
- Keeping meticulous records and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.
