We are seeking an HR Generalist with experience in HR operations who is ready to play a key role in our growing organization. This position requires expertise in employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. You will collaborate with senior HR leadership to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to organizational success.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Efficiency: Maintain a 100% response rate to HR inquiries within 48 hours.
- Engagement: Achieve an eNPS participation rate of 80%.
- Compliance: Ensure an audit readiness rate of 90% for all HR compliance areas.

Hours & Benefits:
This is a full-time, fully benefited position eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401k, PTO, and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the pay range.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, including employee investigations, compliance, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HR systems and technology, with strong time management and adaptability skills.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and confidentiality.
