The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and assist in directing the overall operation of the maintenance department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. You will oversee maintenance assistant(s) and ensure the grounds, facility and equipment are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
Preferred Experience
- Have, as a minimum, three (3) year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance/plant related position.
- Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- knowledge in building codes and safety regulations.
