Responsibilities

- Collaborate with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure activities align with residents' health and wellness goals.
- Conduct assessments to identify residents’ preferences and abilities, adapting programs accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of participation in activities and gather feedback to improve future programming.
- Train and supervise volunteers or staff assisting with activities.
- Ensure a safe environment during all activities, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Experience in caregiving or working within a nursing home or long-term care setting is highly desirable.
