HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE :

The Appraisal Operations Intern will support our Appraisal Operations Department in procurement and administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in the appraisal process, bid management, and commercial real estate operations.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO :

• Review and deliver bids to clients, respond to bid-related questions from clients or appraisers, and manage bid assignments for bank appraisal orders.
• Convert orders between Residential and Commercial appraisal types as needed.
• Complete special projects assigned by the manager and assist in other Appraisal Operations tasks as required.
• Attend weekly team meetings and actively contribute to discussions.
