Mountain Top Resort is seeking to hire a seasonal full-time Activities Center Administrator. This position helps to handle the daily operations of the Activity Center and Gift Shop as a reservations, information, and revenue center for the resort.
This job entails, but is not limited to:
- Dealing directly with guests regarding the reservation, payment, and participation in resort activities
- Performing end-of-day closing procedures for monetary transactions
- Keeping up cleanliness and appearance of the Activity Center and Gift Shop
- Help to maintain adequate inventory levels
- Provide information and direction for guests about the resort, its surrounding environment, as well as other areas of interest
- Communicate with other departments regarding availability of activities, scheduling, and updates or changes as they occur
- Special projects and other tasks as needed
We are seeking candidates that:
- Have strong office administration skills
- Have strong communication skills
- Have the ability to handle money and process monetary transactions
- Have reliable transportation
- Are able to work weekends as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
