The Lead Marketing Operations Analyst is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the operational infrastructure that supports the marketing organization. This individual will drive efficiency, enhance scalability, and optimize performance across marketing programs and processes. Initially an Individual Contributor role, the Lead Analyst will help establish the Marketing Operations function at Movable Ink in collaboration with various organizational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations Leadership :
- In partnership with the Marketing Organization, develop and lead the creation and execution of the Marketing Operations roadmap in support of MI's marketing strategy
- Collaborate with GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, CX) & Revenue Operations to provide the technology and operational expertise necessary to ensure MI's marketing efforts have clear, measurable ROI

The base pay range for this position is $145,000-$170,000 / year, which can include additional on-target commission pay / bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
