ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following) :
- Works directly with sales leaders and support partners including finance to drive the process of executing new hire offers and change requests for compensation structures
- Ensures accuracy in compensation structure and compliance in partnership with legal team
- Proactively collaborates with sales managers and finance partners to ensure accuracy with new hire offers and compensation structure changes
- Reviews compensation structures to achieve consistency across roles and locations
- Responds to inquiries and requests promptly
- Supports broader compensation team in the review of compensation analysis, FLSA analysis and market pricing of roles to proactively ensure competitive pay
- Assists in the support of the annual merit process
- Interpret local, state and federal laws regulating compensation practices

The expected salary range for this position is between :
67,400.00 - $71,200.00
The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
