What You'll Be Doing:
As our Recruiter, you’ll be at the forefront of our hiring efforts. From collaborating with hiring managers to crafting creative sourcing strategies, you’ll ensure we bring in the best talent to fuel our growth. You'll also play a key role in onboarding, employee relations, and workplace policies, creating a supportive and vibrant culture in which everyone can thrive!
Your Responsibilities:
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Lead the charge in every stage of recruitment—from job requisition to smooth onboarding.
- Sourcing Savvy: Develop and execute cutting-edge strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find top-tier candidates.
- Collaboration is Key: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create customized hiring plans.
- Vendor Partnerships: Manage relationships with third-party vendors (job boards, staffing agencies) to maximize hiring efficiency and stay on budget.
- Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers, keeping everyone in the loop with timely communication.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to refine strategies, evaluate recruitment tools, and measure success.
- HR Support: Help with employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation to promote a positive workplace culture.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3 Years of Full-Cycle Recruitment: You’ve successfully filled diverse roles, especially in manufacturing and leadership.
- Tech-Savvy: You know your way around ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Compliance & Strategy: You’re well-versed in pay transparency laws, hiring regulations, and the latest industry trends.
- HR Experience: You’ve got a broad HR skillset, from employee relations to performance management and compliance.
- Great Communication: You’re an excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.
