Job Summary: As a Mental Health Provider, you will be employed by Clark Fork Behavioral Health but will be based at Moving Mountains Therapy Center. In this role, you will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to clients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric and family care. You will assess mental health needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and make appropriate referrals as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver family-centered care in alignment with our mission.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and growth for both clients and team members.
- Assess patients to determine their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Document evaluations, progress, treatment, and discharge information accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team at Moving Mountains Therapy Center to set and evaluate patient goals, and provide guidance on mental health modalities and interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health topics.
- Perform administrative duties including case management, scheduling, lesson planning, and paperwork.
- Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Montana candidacy license or current license in Social Work or Counseling (supervision, if required, will be provided by licensed mental health practitioners at Clark Fork Behavioral Health).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong collaboration skills with families, colleagues, and community partners.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
