We are looking to hire a Service Call Agent to oversee customer inquiries and concerns in our call center environment.
What you will be doing :
What to expect as a Customer Service Specialist : This is a hybrid role -
between Front Desk Support and Customer Service Specialist. Both roles will have an emphasis
on Customer Service.
- Customer Interaction - Call intake
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquires, and service requests.
- Gather and document accurate information about the customer, appliance model, serial number,
issue, and pertinent details.
