Daily Responsibilities:
- Operate independently during third shift
- Collaborate with first shift team members on projects
- Support assembly line operations by troubleshooting hardware and application issues
- Utilize how-to documents for common issues
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's Degree in Technology, IT, or Network background (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Experience: 2-5 years in Technology, IT, Network background
- Skills:
- Customer service experience in manufacturing settings
- Network skills (Windows, Active Directory, account setup, password resets)
- Practical experience with physical assets
