As a Recruiter at MPOWERHealth, you’ll be the driving force behind finding and securing the best IONM Technologists in the industry. You’ll partner with hiring managers, design innovative sourcing strategies, and create a candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Take charge of the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding the industry’s best talent.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of IONM professionals using databases, social networks, referrals, and more.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless, positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Develop creative, effective sourcing strategies to meet staffing goals and deadlines.
- Manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining a sharp focus on quality of hire.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to keep processes streamlined and efficient.
- Communicate, follow up, and move candidates through the process with speed and precision.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Passion for Recruitment: A proven track record of success in healthcare recruitment, especially in IONM or clinical roles.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade.
- Industry Savvy: Deep knowledge of IONM and a network of professionals to tap into.
- Organized and Driven: Attention to detail, time management skills, and a drive to meet strict goals and deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.
- Independent & Collaborative: You can excel both on your own and as part of a team.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of healthcare recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on IONM.
- Comfort in high-volume cold calling and sourcing.
