We are looking for a Bilingual (English-Spanish) CSR-customer service representative with relationship building skills, data entry and heavy phone handling. The ideal candidate should have recent experience providing product/services information and has performed these duties with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for a CSR that can put themselves in their customers’ shoes, assess their needs, convey the issue accurately into our dispatch and service history system, and work well with others to coordinate the care of our customer base. The ideal candidate has some HVAC experience or is willing to learn about the industry to be able provide accurate information, communicate well with our staff, technicians, dealers and vendors. The candidate must coordinate well with our office manager and assist in scheduling and dispatching HVAC technicians. The ideal candidate is outgoing and positive, consistent, punctual, works within the time-frames necessary to put a schedule together, and stays focused on tasks at hand. Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools provided
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions in the system process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Pull & record City permits
- Call in for City Permit final inspections upon work completion
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or marketing experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel are a plus
- Ability to adapt, proficiently respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17 - $18.00 per hour 10% commissions on new sales
