About the Role:
Mr. Rogers Windows is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing service appointments, processing orders, and maintaining strong communication with both customers and service teams. This is not a call center position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the service schedule efficiently.
- Maintain constant communication with customers and service teams.
- Conduct confirmation and status calls for all service appointments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their service.
- Document daily customer interactions in our computer system.
- Organize and maintain calendars with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
- Participate in weekly team meetings.
- Keep documents organized and properly filed.
- Process purchase orders as needed.
- Assist customers with scheduling, inquiries, and support to ensure a delightful experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- 1 year of experience in customer scheduling.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with computers, including Word and Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
