Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with expertise in IT Asset Management, IT Customer Support, and IT Service Delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in these fields or related areas, with a strong preference for experience working in state government.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mobile devices, including iOS and Android, using tools like Workspace One (AirWatch), Verizon MDM, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft Intune.
- Work closely with cellular carriers to order and manage mobile device services, plans, and features.
- Provide exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless support and issue resolution.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management, IT Customer Support, IT Service Delivery, IT Business Analysis, or other IT-related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM).
- Knowledgeable with both iOS and Android devices.
- Working knowledge of cellular carrier ordering portals and mobile device service, plans, and features.
- Strong customer and team orientation, with a focus on collaboration, independence, and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to explain technical matters in business terms.
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet implementation schedules and minimize schedule conflicts.
Qualifications
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience desirable.
- Mobility Platform Certifications (Workspace One (AirWatch), Intune, MobileIron, etc.) optional but preferred.
