**Job Title:** Licensed Psychologist
At MRG Exams, we provide disability assessments nationwide to serve our veterans. As a licensed psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of military families while achieving a better work-life balance.
We are looking for a skilled licensed psychologist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. In this role, you will perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal.
- Perform comprehensive assessments in person on each Veteran.
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.
Please note that this role does not involve making disability determinations. The U.S. Veterans Administration makes all disability determinations, using the findings recorded in the DBQs.
You will review and assess 4 Veterans per day on average. This is an IN-PERSON position.
Requirements:
- A Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program/school.
- An active and unrestricted Psychology license.
- Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
