Our client, a globally recognized leader in fragrance oil manufacturing, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their diverse team in FL.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting : Prepare and review financial statements and reports for both local and corporate management. This includes compiling data for internal and external statements, and generating various reports such as quarterly dashboards, sales updates, and variance analyses.

Budget Management : Conduct monthly expense variance analyses, approve purchase requisitions within budget guidelines, and collaborate with department managers to adjust budgets as needed. Assist in preparing the annual business plan by integrating departmental information.

Accounting Operations : Oversee company credit card transactions, ensuring proper accounting and reporting. Perform bank reconciliations, assist with closing processes by executing journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and manage vendor information in SAP.

Policy Development : Document and continuously update accounting and policy manuals. Support other company operations and undertake special projects as requested by management.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Staff Accountant.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with SAP or integrated systems is preferred.

Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
