The ideal candidate will be able to develop strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses, focusing on high levels of service and quick loan processing times, while maintaining a customer-centric approach to banking.

Key Responsibilities :
- Focus on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending, with at least 50% of your responsibilities dedicated to building and managing a portfolio in this area.
- Manage and grow a book of business primarily within C&I companies and commercial real estate.
- Collaborate with a committee-based credit approval process, enabling quick decisions on loan requests.
- Cultivate relationships with small and medium-sized businesses, municipalities, and other local entities.
- Provide tailored financial solutions to clients, helping them grow and succeed while maintaining a focus on excellent customer service.
- Assist in the transition and succession planning for the retiring banker's portfolio, ensuring seamless client continuity.
