Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting customers with their documentation inquiries or concerns related to their export cargo shipment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicates clearly with team members regarding workload, customer particulars, and problems.
- Liaises between data entry teams and customers to ensure missing information is received and customer's requirements are understood via Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provides shipment details and bills of lading to customers when requested.
- Communicates with overseas agencies to ensure corrections can be applied and cargo is available for release.
- Updates bills of lading according to customer's requests with little to no errors generated.
- Performs other duties as required.
