- Guide work groups to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct assessments, facilitate team progression, monitor attendance, process payroll, and implement corrective strategies.
- Lead dialogues in daily briefings and engage in inter-departmental synergy to catalyze operational enhancements.
- Address customer inquiries and shipping manifest discrepancies.
- Champion the professional growth of your team.
- Supervise shipment loading, coordinate bills of lading, monitor material needs, manage data uploads, finalizing daily tasks, and communicate insights.
- Utilize warehouse machinery, including forklifts and turret trucks.
- Prioritize safety protocols and maintain a secure dock environment.
The Skills You Bring
- 3 years in logistics roles with expertise in freight handling processes.
- Comfortable with AS/400, Kronos, or similar warehouse systems.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Certified in warehouse vehicle operation.
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Physical ability to fulfill job responsibilities, with reasonable accommodations provided. Must be able to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
