Responsibilities Monitor and communicate need for security services throughout assigned area(s). Manage and respond to calls and / or alarms and initiates immediate response. Coordinate and / or dispatch staff in response to requests for service. Retrieve recorded documentation as required. Monitor the activities of persons on the premises by way of surveillance systems and communications. Initiate communication with team leader / manager when additional staffing support is necessary and assists with resolution of those issues. May be responsible and accountable for hiring, training, supervision and performance appraisals of security shift employees. Requirements Education : High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note : Required professional licensure / certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences One year of applicable cumulative job specific experience preferred.
