MSI is seeking an Employee-Owner Network/Infrastructure Engineer to work out of our Plymouth Location to work with our customers in onboarding their organization to our services, implementing of new technologies, and handle advanced escalations from our Service Desk. *** Please note the office will be moving to Roseville, MN.

What You Will Do:
- Document and train client onboarding implementations for internal and external support teams.
- Propose, implement and support new hardware, software, and services.
- Provide escalation assistance to our Support Team as required.
- Facilitate successful project implementations through internal teams.
- Plan, scope, oversee, coordinate, track and run assigned projects tasks.
- Provide regular project reviews and reporting.
- Provide insight and collaboration with internal and external customers as a SME.
- Oversee projects in terms of resourcing, quality, and output to maximize ROI.
- Maintain relevant knowledge of hardware and software trends and certifications.
- Implement, participate in, and promote Quality Assurance (QA) objectives, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain project files.
- Assist in the training, mentoring and development of staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 5 years prior experience in IT administration and/or technical support experience, or equivalent.
- Clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
- Proven knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications in a Microsoft Environment.
- 2 years Project management experience.
- Practical knowledge in server and network builds.
- Background in cloud migrations.
- Proven exceptional customer services experience.
- Travel 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Computer-related industry certifications in technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Azure, Fortinet, networking, storage, and security.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- High level organizational, project management, coordination, and prioritization skills.
- Certifications in technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Azure, Fortinet, networking, storage, and security.
- Exhibit expert knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, software, and security applications.
