MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner Set-up Technician in our Field Service department to add to our Green Bay, WI team. The primary focus of this role is setting up and calibrating new machines. Additional areas as needed will be: assisting with installs, fill in as support to the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner Set-up Technician in our Field Service department to add to our Green Bay, WI team. The primary focus of this role is setting up and calibrating new machines. Additional areas as needed will be: assisting with installs, fill in as support to the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to MSI Metro Sales, Inc.’s service policies and procedures.
- Maintain and properly document inventory and required paperwork.
- Unboxing and setting up new machines.
- Update settings on Machines.
- Calibrate machines based on guidelines.
- Assist with machine installations as needed.
- Deliver parts or components to service technicians in the field.
- Complete assigned training and certifications.
- May lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Act as a back-up to the warehouse team as needed.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CompTIA A and NET Certifications or willingness to attain certifications.
- Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Typical First Year Expectations DOE: $18-$20/hour Incentives
